1. These prize draw terms and conditions govern the Sorted Survey 2026 prizedraw. 

2. To enter the prize draw, users must opt in by entering their phone number and email address at the end of the survey. 

a. If you have already opted into the prize draw and wish to exclude yourself from the draw, please notify Te Ara Ahunga Ora Retirement Commission, the government agency that runs Sorted, in writing at info@sorted.org.nz, with the subject line “Remove me from the SortedSurvey prizedraw”. 

3. You can enter the prize drawuntil5:00pm on 3 April 2026 by completing the survey and opting into the draw.   

4. One entry per person. If you complete multiple entries, all questionnaire responses will be removed from the data set, including your entry into the prizedraw. 

5. The prize draw is open to allregisteredSorted users and non-registered users that fulfil the condition of entry criteria outlined above (term number two).   

6. There are 10 x $100 Prezzy Cards to be won. Each individualcan claim only oneprize. 

7. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or alternativeproducts. 

8. The winnerswill be drawn at random at 10am on8 April 2026 and notified by phone and/or email that day. If we don’t hear back from you within five business days of this notification to claim the prize, we will redraw and notify the winner. 

9. Testimonials, comments and feedback submitted as part of the Sorted User Survey 2026 may be used for Sorted’s promotional and marketing activities, whereby a first name will appear alongside a quote. Sorted reserves the right to abbreviate or take an excerpt of submitted feedback for promotional and marketing activities. 

10. If the user agrees to be contacted for our blog series, their contact details will be shared with the relevant Te Ara Ahunga Ora Retirement Commission staff, who will be in contact directly.  

11. Te Ara Ahunga Ora Retirement Commission’s decisions in relation to the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

12. Te Ara Ahunga Ora Retirement Commission reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the prize draw within reason at any time.
