No warranty or liability
We make every effort to ensure that, at the time of publishing, Sorted's information is accurate and the calculators are reliable. However, neither the Commission nor any of its employees make any express or implied representations or give any warranties regarding the material or facilities contained or referred to on Sorted, and we accept no liability for:

Calculator results are not exact
The Sorted tools give ballpark figures only - they are not exact. The assumptions in the calculators may not always hold true or be relevant to your particular situation.
Unused My Sorted accounts may eventually be deleted
We may delete My Sorted accounts that have not been used for 3 years if they have no saved tools, and after 7 years if they do have saved tools. Saved tools may be deleted in the event of website updates, upgrades or redevelopments.
Views of others are their own
Articles or reports by named authors express their views, and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Commission.
Changes to these terms and conditions
We may change these terms and conditions, including the terms in Your Privacy below, by publishing new terms and conditions on the Sorted website from time to time. Any change to these terms and conditions will take effect from the time the revised terms are first displayed on Sorted.

Your Sorted account
Your Sorted account lets you save the results from Sorted tools, and build a picture as your finances change over time. You can reload calculators with saved results or test out different situations.

How we verify your identity
If you ask us to reset the password for your My Sorted account, change your personal details, or close or confirm your My Sorted account, we will need to access your My Sorted account and view your personal information so we can ask you questions and verify your identity. You give permission for us (or our third party operator) to do this. We will only carry out your request if we are satisfied that you are the account holder. We reserve the right not to reset your password or make the changes requested. If you are unable to access your My Sorted account, you may have to create a new account using a different email address.
On Sorted users can comment on blog posts. Our comment moderators will read what you write and by so doing may collect personal information regardless of whether you intend us to see it. You can post comments under an “anonymous” user name if you wish, but you must supply your email address (which will not be published on the Sorted website).
We make no commitment to post comments on the Sorted website and we may remove, edit or re-post any comment at any time. We accept no responsibility for comments by any user that are displayed on the Sorted website.
